We are open, sort of….but things have changed.
A limited team are at our premises ready to serve you but please note the SHOWROOMS ARE NOT OPEN TO THE PUBLIC, so please don’t arrive without an appointment.
There are many new rules we have adhered to and set out below is how we intend to provide you with our products and services during the lockdown period.
The showrooms are not open so please do not visit expecting to see or try out a bike. Some bikes can be seen through the expansive showroom windows.
All enquiries and sales negotiation will be conducted by telephone, e-mail or a web based video conferencing platform. The best initial methods of contact are to 01435 862466 - select Option 1, by email to email@example.com, or Facebook messenger. If we can not talk to you immediately then leave a message and we will call you back.
All agreed sales will be conducted on a distance selling basis. Bikes can be viewed in static images, video clips or possibly on live video conferencing platforms like Zoom, What’sApp etc. Please advise our sales team your preference. All documents will be delivered by e-mail or surface mail and all payments taken will be by electronic method. Our preference is bank transfer as this reduces fraud risk. Cash payments will not be accepted during the lockdown period.
All sales will be delivered by single driver operation, handovers will be paperless and conducted whilst observing social distancing rules. Deliveries will be to customers own home address only. Proof of address and identity will be required.
All bikes will be sanitised prior to handover.
SERVICING, REPAIRS AND MOT TESTING.
Technicians are available for all types of repair including manufacturers warranty repairs. Priority will be given to frontline NHS and Key workers.

We will accept work on a pre-booked basis only, please do not arrive at our premises without a confirmed appointment as you will be turned away. All appointment times must be strictly adhered to. No face to face handovers will be permitted. Motorcycles should be ridden in to our gated compound and keys left either in the bike or in the key drop facility.
If we need to advise you of any matters arising with your machine, like additional repairs, then we will contact you to advise and provide still images or video clips if required.
Invoices and associated documentation will be delivered by email or surface mail. For service records we will update the History Key on all Kawasaki’s that have the facility. For other brands Service books should be left with the bike/keys or posted to us for completion.
Payments will be by electronic methods only. Bank transfer is our preference. Instore card terminals are not available and cash will not be accepted.

Collection is not possible from the store during the lockdown. All items will be sent by post/courier or for local customers our own single delivery driver.
Payment will be taken by electronic means only. We will not accept cash during the lockdown period.
