Returns Policy. - Distance Selling

Cancellation of Orders must be made in writing by the end of the seventh working day after the date of delivery of the goods. Cancellation notices may be served by surface mail, delivered by a postal service, personal delivery or e-mail. Proof of delivery of the cancellation notice may be requested. Goods should be returned in a satisfactory condition, undamaged and in original packaging.

Refund of goods & outbound postage will be refunded within 30 days of receipt of cancellation notice. Cost of return of goods is the Consumer's liability.

Faulty Goods - Returns Policy

If goods are faulty, please communicate the nature of the fault to us as soon as the fault becomes apparent. We will endeavor to repair/replace/refund the item and arrange for the item to be collected
